Flying is on a physical level developed for today's conciousness from ancient Hawaiian martial arts and Hula. It is a form of meditative movement. The purpose is to bring forward the wellbeing that exists in every body. Flying balances body, mind and spirit with clearer capacity to focus, better coordination and increased sensitivity as fast results. This trainig on a physical level bypasses the need for intellectual understanding, and thus the achievment is at greater speed.
